The Low Interest
We connect 1-2 investors with current property owners with sub 4% interest rates to create a partnership where all parties solve the real estate affordability issue in America.
New Construction
We invest in immerging markets by purchasing new builds in phase one communities. This allows us to capture the most appreciation out of a new community and not overleverage with 3 investors.
Commercial
Redevelopment options exist everywhere. We look for these oportunities to come into an existing commercial building and redevelop it to be a profitable and high preforming asset.
