Solum Capital launched in 2025 after 3 friends and real estate professionals saw a massive pain point in real estate investing. With the barrier to entry becoming increasingly hard for investors to not only start but grow quickly a solution was needed. Thus the creation of Solum Capital. A huge diferenciator when working with Solum Capital is you acutally get access to Michael, Ryan and Jason. All three have specific skills and strengths they bring to the organization and you as our client and partner get full access to their expertise while working together.
MICHAEL PETERSEN
Over the past 13 years, Michael has established a successful career in real estate. Hailing from humble beginings in central Iowa he started his career in residential real estate as an agent. Michael then transitioned into commercial and investment real estate becoming an expert in franchise leasing, development and, multifamily investments. During this time he started real estate investment renovation company flipping over 100+ homes. This included historical redevelopment, high end multimillion dollar projects as well as starter homes. In 2019 Michael relocated to Colorado Springs, CO to build a high preforming real estate team focusing again on residential and short term rental real estate. In 2024 he made the move to Dallas, TX where he runs a large team of agents in addition to being the CEO of Solum Capital.
